We are the manufacturer. Production runs in our own factory in Guangzhou, Guangdong — cutting, sewing, pressing and inspection are all on site, which is why we can show you footage of the actual lines your order runs on. We also hold stock from our own production, so the ready-stock route ships from our warehouse rather than a third party's. Beyond production we run our own export team, so documentation, freight and shipping are handled in-house: you deal with one company from the first sample to the delivered carton, and if a style or trim sits outside what we sew ourselves we can source it rather than send you to another supplier.

It covers custom pattern making and one physical development piece made for your brand — the first product of your collection, not a stock order and not a batch of garments. A two-piece set (top plus bottom) is priced as two pieces, so $300. Logo application is a separate one-time mould fee of $50–100, and shipping is quoted separately. Bulk production is quoted per project, and the 20-piece route is a different program for selected in-stock styles.

It is the smallest commitment that lets you hold a real product in your hands — your fabric direction, your fit — before you spend on stock. Many brands use that first piece to check quality, take photos and test interest before placing a bulk order.

Custom development samples start from 1 piece at $150 per piece — made to your own pattern, fabric and logo, not a stock garment. Ready stock is different: it runs from 20 pieces in total per order with styles and colours mixed, and the 20-piece minimum is a total order at wholesale prices, not 20 pieces per style, colour or size. Full custom production then runs from 200 pieces per style in a single colour.

Plan for 7–15 days for your development piece and 20–30 days for bulk production after the required approvals. We confirm the applicable schedule in your quotation. Revisions, fabric development and transit can add time; production time is not delivery-to-door time.

Yes. Once your bulk order reaches 300 pieces, the sample fee is credited in full against that order. The qualifying order and credit amount are confirmed in your quotation before you proceed; this is not an automatic cash refund.

Logo application needs a one-time mould, from USD $50 to $100 depending on how complex the artwork is. That mould is charged once and is never charged again for the same artwork, however many pieces you order afterwards.

Shipping is arranged and quoted separately from production, counted from the day goods leave the factory. Plan on about 7–10 days by air freight or 20–30 days by sea freight to the United States, Australia, or Canada; customs clearance at destination is additional. Tell us your market and deadline and we will present the options with costs at quotation.

The development piece is paid in full before work starts. Bulk production uses a 30% deposit and 70% balance before shipment. Ready-stock orders are paid in full. Your quotation confirms the terms and scope for your order.
